Hi there!

 

My name is Josh Weinreb!

 

I am a New Jersey native and longtime Vermont resident now living the good life in sunny Florida. My professional life has taken me a lot of places, pushed me in a lot of different directions, but fitness has always remained my passion. There is no feeling like the feeling of self-construction, an ever-forward mindset of being bigger, faster, stronger, smarter, and better than you were the day before. It's a lifestyle that I pass on to my clients: be better, more motivated than you were the last time I saw you. I don't let my clients fail. I was recently certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, hold a degree in Communications from Roger Williams University and a Master's degree in Sports Journalism from Indiana University.
