Pop Pilates! :)

I graduated the University of Florida with my B.S in biology and obtained my M.S in medical sciences at the University of South Florida. During my time as a student, my best outlet was exercise to reduce stress and re-center myself. It was through running, yoga, and Pop Pilates where I learned about the world of fitness and healthy living, and along with medical sciences, it is now one of my greatest passions. I have been practicing Pop Pilates for over 3 years and it is my favorite form of exercise. I am certified by the NAFC for group fitness training and to teach Pop Pilates, which also counts for AFAA credits. I hope that my class brings an hour of not just a great sweat session, but also of positivity and fun! Pop Pilates is for everyone and anyone who wants to strengthen the core and enjoy themselves while doing it.
