Members enjoy a variety of benefits including set 'open gym' time, 2 fitness classes a week, 1 sauna session and 1 red light therapy session, personal training consultation and programming each month, and one group accountability session. Our membership starts at just 100$ a month and we accept over 50 insurance plans. We work out with you at the gym indoors and at local parks. 

 

We plan to add more benefits so get in at this rate! 5$ drop in rate currently for first time visitors to our fitness classes!
